Head of GovTech Sales

Overview

As Head of GovTech Sales, you’ll lead and scale the GovTech sell-to sales organization to drive adoption of safe, frontier AI across public sector partner ecosystems.

What you'll do

• Build, lead, and scale a GovTech sales team.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for GovTech partners.
• Own GovTech revenue targets and track pipeline health and deal progression.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders at major SIs and DIB primes.
• Win new business by helping SIs integrate AI into technology stacks and consulting practices.
• Establish sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks for the GovTech segment.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience.
• 4+ years managing sales teams selling to SIs, DIBs, and GovTech ISVs.
• Experience building C-suite and senior executive relationships.
• Deep understanding of SI and DIB business models, buying processes, and federal procurement frameworks.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for public sector partners.
• Experience with federal contracting vehicles and procurement mechanisms, including FAR/DFAR and FedRAMP.
