Lead Business Execution Consultant

Overview

Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute business execution programs, services, and initiatives, including complex decision-making and implementation support.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs and initiatives.
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies.
• Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
• Perform assessments using fact finding and data to develop solutions or recommendations.
• Make decisions in highly complex situations and facilitate decision making and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Business Execution team members to drive strategic initiatives and influence team execution.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience (or equivalent).
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix program structure.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum, including eliciting requirements and documenting processes and test cases.
• Experience with iterative feature delivery including MVPs aligned to business needs.
• Ability to perform data analysis and understand data models and data structures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
