Overview
Lead Software Developer responsible for technical leadership and delivery of complex backend initiatives using C# and .NET, including scalable REST APIs and integrations.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications and services using C# and .NET.
- Lead implementation of scalable, secure, high-performing solutions for large-scale data processing and customer-facing products.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Drive software quality improvements via automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
- Develop and maintain REST-based APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to improve system reliability.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional software development experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
- Backend development experience using object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and application architecture.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments including sprint planning and estimation.
- Experience implementing automated testing and CI/CD practices.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET (Framework/.NET Core) for enterprise backend development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/related fields or equivalent practical experience.
Details
- Hybrid role with virtual work and in-person at a TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
- Location: Pune.
