Lead Full Stack Java Engineer - Vice President

Overview

Senior-level Applications Development Technology Lead responsible for building large-scale, high-performance applications and leading applications analysis and programming activities.

What you'll do

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business and system processes against industry standards.
• Ensure application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint and provide applications programming expertise.
• Use system flow knowledge to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Serve as an advisor/coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary.
• Assess risk in business decisions and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policy while escalating control issues.

What you'll need

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or a systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Hands-on experience with Web technologies (HTML, CSS, React JS), REST APIs, multithreading, and Java/J2EE backend.
• Strong fundamentals of OOPS concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience developing integrated solutions with non-functional requirements like scalability, high availability, and consistency.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP API and web services development.
