Product Manager

Overview

Product Manager role focused on managing marketing and the full lifecycle of ABB offers for targeted market segments, ensuring profitable growth.

What you'll do

• Lead market intelligence analysis to identify portfolio gaps vs. competition and new opportunities.
• Own technical and market specifications and define an offering business plan aligned to needs and value analysis.
• Manage the offer lifecycle from development to launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.
• Track performance metrics and decide on offer obsolescence and end-of-life.
• Set targets, monitor offering costs, and provide inputs to operations functions like supply chain, engineering, and production.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Development in the Low Voltage Switchgear industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (full-time).
• Hands-on experience in New Product Development (NPD) and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Proven expertise in product positioning, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis.
• Experience in product forecasting, inventory planning, and demand management.
• Strong understanding of LV systems (MCC/PCC/PDP/ACB/MCB/MCCB/RCCB/panels/breakers).
