R&D Engineer

Overview

R&D Engineer role executing Global Product Support (GPS) activities for high voltage switchgear products.

What you'll do

• Maintain product master data and product design for active products.
• Execute GPS processes and tools and fulfil defined KPIs.
• Maintain and update product data in the high voltage product lifecycle management system.
• Support change management by ensuring product data quality.
• Collaborate closely with other functions and act as a contact point across functions.
• Drive knowledge transfer and suggest continuous improvements for efficiency and harmonization.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering (Mechanical).
• 4–6 years of total experience.
• Experience dedicated on product support is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in ProE.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Knowledge of international standards and testing requirements is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken & written English is required.
