RTL Design (SOC) Engineer-Principal/Manager

Part of the CSG team focused on Data Center innovation through next-gen architectures for Dragonfly, Qualcomm's rack-scale Agentic AI platform, reshaping compute efficiency and scalability for the AI era.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical or Electronics and Communication or Computer Science Engineering
• 8+ years of proven experience in SoC development and full-chip design
• Good understanding of the design convergence cycle, including architecture, micro-architecture, verification, synthesis and timing closure
• Expertise in managing IP dependencies and planning front-end design tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bus protocols and peripherals: strong knowledge of bus protocols such as AHB, AXI, and peripherals such as PCIe, USB, Ethernet, etc.
• Proficient in reviewing high-level test plans and coverage metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field

Nice to have

• Experience with memory controller designs and microprocessors is an advantage

What you'll do

• Design and develop high-speed serial IO protocols
• Implement clock rate compensation FIFO, gearbox design for data width, bypass on controller, power gating, and low power modes
