Sales Engineer

Overview

Sales Engineer responsible for sales engineering deliverables for parcel sortation system projects, including pricing, quotations, and coordination across teams.

What you’ll do

• Understand system flows and customer processes for parcel sortation systems.
• Organize sales engineering deliverables across the sales process.
• Ensure accurate project pricing throughout sales phases.
• Prepare split-up of pricing per Bill of Quantity (if applicable) for tender.
• Write detailed quotations and coordinate with internal sales support teams.
• Support variation orders after the project is sold and provide bid status updates to senior management.
• Travel 20–25% if required.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of experience in project sales/proposal making in an engineering/material handling company.
• Working knowledge of material handling equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Instrumentation).
• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-focused listening and communication skills.
