Sales Support Specialist

Overview

Sales Support Specialist overseeing end-to-end bid and estimation for Hydropower projects in the Automation division (Excitation business).

What you'll do

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end bid and estimation process for Hydropower projects.
• Formulate competitive techno-commercial proposals for Automatic Voltage Regulators and related systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and customer-facing teams to deliver accurate bids.
• Review tender specifications and prepare techno-commercial bids for automation and power system projects.
• Develop technical proposals, compliance documents, deviation statements, and cost estimates.
• Manage RFIs/RFQs, pre/post-bid discussions, and contract negotiations.

What you'll need

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-15 years of experience in bid preparation, tendering, and cost estimation for electrical and automation systems.
• Good knowledge of excitation systems, generator control & protection, synchronization panels, and related electrical solutions.
• Exposure to Hydropower BOP systems and SCADA.
• Effective coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English and capable of delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
