Specialist - Insurance Operations

Overview

Specialist role in Insurance Operations within Insurance Services for Grade C1, focused on insurance processing, compliance, training completion, and performance against SLAs/KPIs.

What you'll do

• Process work while contributing to achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business objectives.
• Maintain performance standards and update reports using predefined templates.
• Ensure production and quality targets are met during training and in BAU (post training).
• Communicate work status and any issues to team managers and managers on time.
• Adhere to schedules/shift requirements and maintain schedule adherence.
• Follow statutory regulations and company procedures to protect clients, colleagues, and business interests.

What you'll need

• Prior work experience in Loss Runs/Loss Summary (preferred).
• Fair understanding of insurance broking business and dynamics.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and work within strict timelines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
• Preferably a Graduate in any stream.

Details

• Location: Gurugram (DLF Building).
• Shifts mentioned: 6:30AM–3:30PM, 2:30PM–11:30PM, and 6:30PM–03:30AM.
• Hybrid commitment: colleagues expected to be in local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
