Sr Business Strategy Specialist

Overview

Sr. Business Strategy Specialist focused on creating industry-specific content and supporting customer engagements across Telco, Healthcare, Retail, and Public Sector.

What you'll do

• Develop industry-specific presentations, executive briefings, demo narratives, and thought leadership content.
• Support customer engagements by preparing tailored briefing materials and presenting industry insights.
• Conduct research on industry trends, buying center priorities, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.
• Design and maintain reusable AI skills and agents to package GTM research and content workflows for scale.
• Maintain and update industry frameworks, solution repositories, and reusable content with version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content and provide enablement materials.

What you'll need

• ~5 years of experience in business analysis, strategic consulting, GTM strategy, or content strategy.
• Strong analytical and research skills to gather requirements and synthesize complex information.
• Client-facing/consulting experience for stakeholder engagement and tailoring solutions/content.
• Demonstrated experience building AI tooling (e.g., custom agents, skills, prompt systems, automated workflows) that others adopted.
• Fluency in integrating AI into daily work for research, content development, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of one or more target industries: Telco, Healthcare, Retail, Public Sector.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling for executive audiences.
