Sr Recruiter

Overview

Sr Recruiter responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for complex, high-priority hiring needs across client groups at Target.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and talent-market assessment through sourcing, assessment, selection, and offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR partners to turn business priorities and workforce plans into recruiting strategies.
• Provide external market intelligence and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions.
• Develop offer strategies and lead offer conversations and negotiations.
• Use recruiting analytics (pipeline health, source effectiveness, conversion, time-to-fill, offer acceptance) to improve outcomes.
• Build external talent networks via professional communities, industry events, and relationship building.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance Talent Acquisition effectiveness and candidate experience.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing and executing proactive sourcing and talent engagement strategies.
• Ability to use recruiting metrics and funnel insights to diagnose challenges and improve hiring outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple complex searches and competing priorities while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
• Strong communication, storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset to translate strategy into disciplined execution.
