Sr. Sales Engineer

Overview

Sr. Sales Engineer role supporting the sales organization with deep financial software and investment management expertise.

What you'll do

• Support Account Executives and prospects across the full sales lifecycle as a product domain expert.
• Deliver in-depth product knowledge and explain differentiating advantages versus competitors.
• Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) by loading prospective client data and designing custom demo environments.
• Coordinate internal product and technical resources for prospect meetings.
• Assist with RFPs & RFIs and help create Statements of Work (SOW) and budgetary estimates.
• Periodically advise existing customers on technical matters, roadmap navigation, and upsell opportunities.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of relevant demonstrated experience in the Financial Services space.
• Experience in roles such as FinTech deployment, sales engineering, solutions architecture, product experience, or financial platforms.
• Prior experience in similar roles at SaaS companies.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Deep understanding of investment management.
• Knowledge of modern software architecture and database concepts.
• Ability to travel on short notice (20%+).
