Strategic Field Marketing Manager (Remote, DEU)

Overview

Strategic Field Marketing Manager (Central Europe) to lead customer-facing field marketing activation for a strategic partnership and convert it into measurable demand, pipeline, and revenue impact.

What you'll do

• Own and execute field marketing strategy for the partnership opportunity across Central Europe aligned to revenue targets and sales priorities.
• Translate the joint value proposition into customer-centric programs tailored to priority industries, markets, buying centers, and accounts.
• Design and execute integrated field marketing programs that drive pipeline creation and measurable revenue contribution.
• Develop targeted account-based marketing programs for high-priority accounts and buying groups.
• Own customer-facing activities such as executive engagements, C-level roundtables, workshops, industry activities, events, and targeted account experiences.
• Manage programs end-to-end from planning and audience strategy through execution, follow-up, measurement, and optimization.
• Collaborate with the Partner Marketing lead and partner with Sales/SDR/other teams to deliver integrated programs.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of B2B field, regional, or demand generation marketing experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or related industries.
• Proven track record of developing and executing field marketing programs that contribute directly to pipeline creation and revenue acceleration.
• Strong experience partnering with enterprise sales teams on territory planning, strategic accounts, and opportunity-based marketing.
• Strong experience in partner-led or ecosystem-driven go-to-market environments with effective collaboration with partner/channel marketing teams.
• Proven track record of building and accelerating Public Sector business using strategic partnerships to open new accounts and accelerate penetration.
• Experience with account-based marketing, executive programs, events, integrated campaigns, and multi-channel demand generation.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
