Workplace Coordinator

Overview

Workplace Coordinator (FE - Soft Services) responsible for day-to-day site operations and soft services delivery in a client facility in Pune.

What you'll do

• Manage site operations and monitor housekeeping-related activities.
• Coordinate consumables and supplies for client/VIP visits and maintain adequate stocks.
• Interface with pest control vendors and oversee mail room activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and ensure compliance audit documents are submitted by vendors.
• Conduct facility rounds, identify snags, and raise/close Corrigo tickets as per SLA.
• Manage ground team delivery, perform routine service inspections, and support administrative functions.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years’ experience in Facilities/Event Management industry into IT/Banking/Corporate setups.
• Good working knowledge of soft services.
• Computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Team handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of property operations.
• Aptitude for client-centric operations and knowledge of occupational safety.
