Carbon Data Analyst

Overview

Carbon Data Analyst to support net zero ambitions by collecting, analyzing, and reporting carbon and environmental data.

What you'll do

• Collect environmental data from country offices.
• Verify, cleanse, and enter data onto the Carbon Data Platform using agreed procedures.
• Scrutinize platform data for accuracy and consistency, and resolve errors with the platform provider.
• Analyze carbon emissions trends and environmental performance metrics, producing dashboards and reports.
• Prepare carbon and environmental reports and data returns for internal and external requirements.
• Communicate with international colleagues and data providers and support country offices with reporting guidance.
• Manage carbon data platform user access permissions and maintain data privacy and confidentiality.

What you'll need

• Minimum 1 year of experience in carbon data analysis and reporting aligned with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Standard.
• Understanding of greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting principles and carbon reporting methodologies aligned with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
• Graduation (any discipline).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and AI tools.
• Proven record of excellent organization skills.
• Proven record of keeping clear and concise notes of communication.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and IT systems simultaneously.

Details

• Location: Noida, India.
• Employment: 1 year fixed term contract.
• Work mode: On-site five days a week (no hybrid), with rotating shifts including night shifts.
• Work schedule: 24/7 coverage, two days off per week (may not always fall on weekends).
