CMO Content Specialist

Overview

Labcorp is hiring a CMO Content Specialist to create and manage eLearning content and course structures for training and learning objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop high-quality eLearning content including instructional materials, assessments, multimedia elements, and interactive exercises.
• Design curriculum structures, learning paths, and learning activities aligned to instructional goals and client requirements.
• Create and publish eLearning courses and site/sponsor-facing e-content, following SOPs and work instructions.
• Review, test, and QC course materials for accuracy, effectiveness, and adherence to standards.
• Integrate multimedia (videos, audio, animations, graphics) and adapt existing classroom content into interactive eLearning modules.
• Coordinate with technical teams to integrate courses into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree in science.
• Demonstrate excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Provide customer service skills, attention to detail, and tactful persistence.

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm.
