Overview

Engineering Manager- Software to lead enterprise software delivery for Yukon and IMS, including connected/embedded device interoperability and client web applications.

What you'll do

• Lead engineering execution for Yukon, IMS, and BUC software.
• Lead a team developing enterprise utility solutions for on-premise and cloud applications.
• Lead a team of full stack/UI developers for customer-centric product offerings.
• Drive execution strategy to enable planned software releases.
• Manage complex programs and projects for scope, quality, timing, and budget.
• Drive agile adoption (including SAFe) across utilities software.
• Work with software teams and product leaders to align with business direction and strategy.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10 years in software development.
• 1+ years managing a team.
• 1+ years leading a development team.
• Experience in talent management (hiring, retention, succession, development).
• Experience utilizing best practices in software engineering.
• Experience with agile development.
• Full stack experience with Java, C#, React, and jQuery.
