Overview

Senior GTM Systems & Process Engineer for HackerOne’s Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations, designing and scaling revenue systems and processes.

What you'll do

• Architect and improve Salesforce workflows for opportunity, pipeline, forecasting, territory, quoting, approvals, and related sales processes.
• Configure Salesforce declarative components (fields, objects, flows, validation rules, approval processes) and partner with developers for deeper needs.
• Diagnose GTM operational challenges and redesign processes and systems for scale using root-cause analysis.
• Own end-to-end revenue process understanding across quoting/CPQ, contracting, entitlements, downstream systems, and invoicing.
• Design and improve contract lifecycle and approval workflows, including integrations with CLM/e-signature tools.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and automations to improve GTM execution quality and scalability.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in revenue/GTM/business systems, revenue operations, or a closely related role in B2B SaaS/technology.
• Deep hands-on Salesforce administration experience in complex B2B sales (Flows, fields/objects, validation and approval processes, data integrity).
• Strong understanding of downstream revenue processes from opportunity through invoicing.
• Experience working with CPQ or comparable quoting systems to improve quoting workflows.
• Experience designing/supporting approval workflows and contract lifecycle processes (CLM/e-signature).
• Production experience deploying AI-enabled workflows or automations.

• Remote role targeted for candidates within ~50 miles of Boston, Seattle, San Francisco Bay Area, Austin, or Washington, DC.
• Compensation bands: Tier A $175k–$190k; Tier B $160k–$175k.
